It is tucked into the hills and offers unimpeded sea views and also of the charming harbor area, yet it is a richly appointed, luxuriously private spot ideal for the ultimate family gathering or group holiday with friends.
Newly-built, it offers five bedrooms in addition to a stunning array of outdoor spaces that really maximize the setting. Naturally, the infinity-edge pool is going to be a major gathering place, especially because of its expansive and well-appointed terrace. With an array of sun beds, it also features a large verandah with al fresco lounge and dining area. There is also a fitness room on the lower floor, with a small terrace with a beautiful view.
The verandah features a bar and lounge as well as a dining room and living room, and just inside even more luxurious spaces with the same purpose. A large white banquette lines one wall while the immense dining table stretches out in front of the kitchen. Open to the views, it has been done in shades of silver and white and is equipped with top of the line appliances that make it a delight for even skilled and expert chefs.
The five bedrooms are remarkable retreats and include such luxuries as private, walled gardens, individual terraces and functional offices. They each have queen beds, large and opulent ensuite baths and ocean views. Each features an entertainment system and WiFi too.
