A ten-bedroom property, it is a truly breathtaking villa that was built in the 1940s of local stone, and which features truly lovely architectural features and style. Updated over the decades with the fine touch of Oliver Messel in the 1960s and then lovingly restored in 2015, it offers the very best of all possible amenities and comforts.

It is a seaside villa in the popular and scenic St. James area of Barbados, and it provides guests with direct access to the beachfront and is one of the very few homes with a cordoned swimming area for complete safety. There is also an 18-foot speedboat made available for guests to enjoy. The property is staffed with a chef, a cook and assistant, two butlers and an array of housekeepers as well as security and a professional boatman.

With almost two acres of private grounds, visitors enjoy mature gardens, stone terraces, and charming paths in addition to the luxurious indoor and outdoor living spaces. One of the most appealing of the outdoor spaces is the infinity edge pool lined with oversized sun beds. Ideal for hours of leisure, it also features a lovely pool house where two of the bedrooms are found. The covered terrace is another outdoor living space comfortably furnished, but overlooking the sea instead of the pool. A dining gazebo, annex, and pavilion also house comfortable and welcoming leisure areas.

Indoors you can enjoy large lounges and living rooms, a full-sized home theater, garden rooms, and the luxury of your bedroom. The main house has three king suites, the Annex features two king suites and the teahouse has one king suite. All of these rooms have luxurious en suite baths. The remaining are located in the pool house and pavilion, and they share large bathrooms.
