Like so many villas, this one does have an impressive pool terrace. It uses stunningly modernistic lines and features a long stretch of infinity edge pool that is backed by generously proportioned sun beds that line the white marble terrace. It faces out to the lawn and the sea, and features a modern outdoor living room at one end.

Nearby, an al fresco dining area allows you to savor meals or drinks in full view of the sea, and even if you step inside, the enormous banks of glass and the impressive scale of the great room captures the breezes and the light. A large banquette sofa and modern armchairs define the living room. The formal dining room is a pristine white, and it faces into the enormous, modern kitchen. Because your stay means you enjoy the services of a chef, you don't have to step inside, but it is such a delight, you will probably want to spend time using some of the modern appliances and the beautiful working spaces.

There is a games room, bar and lounge area, home theater, and tennis court. You also have full access to water sports equipment and sun chairs on the beach.

There are eight bedrooms in the villa, and they are divided between the upper and lower floors, with an eighth bedroom in a guest apartment. Each of the bedroom suites is a master suite with outdoor shower, king beds, and direct access to a terrace or patio. Some have private sitting rooms too.
